Extermination Of Families By The Judicial System
The Judicial System and Child Protective Services trampled my basic rights and those of my children for life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. These agencies of government wish only to see the worse in people. When faced with things they do not understand they have a tendency to interpet them in the worst possible way. Winning a case in our Judicial System often comes down to rewarding the party with the most money invested in the presentation of their case. Our Judicial System is the best in the World but it is not perfect. What does one do when justice fail? Justice has failed my little-men, their late-daddy and me. What can we do? I seek answers/suggestions from anyone willing to help us.

I implore any religious leaders that can help, to help me to examine what is going on in my life and the lives of my children in relation to this tragedy. Throughout my life things were always so clear to me. Things were definately right or wrong, moral or immoral. Now, there seem to be so much "gray". I'm not so sure anymore about the right, wrong, moral, or immoral. I have only this one life to live. I will not have a second chance to get "salvation" right. Every ounce of my being tells me that my decision to strive for peace and reconcilliation as opposed to waging war with my ex- husband was the right thing to do. I am being condemned and persecuted by the family courts for choosing peace over confrontation. My ex-mother-in-law has been rewarded for not supporting family unity and reconcilliation but encouraging strife and disunity.
I seek the voices of any whom can offer suggestions on what actions can be taken to have law makers look into these sort of family issues that are contributing to the destruction of the strong family unit and leaving children broken hearted and angry. This world is so upside down but in truth scripture told us things would be this way in the end-times. I fight with every ounce of my being for what is right for my children, and that is for them to have their family. To have their mother raise them as opposed to having their Grandmother use them as a substitute for the son she lost. God intended these children to be blessing to their parents and to be raised in the loving
Chrisitan home that he had prepared their parents to provide for them. Reg and I fell outside of God's Will and His plan for our family by the choices that we made, but that surely doesn't mean that in the absence of their father, they are to lose their mothter too due to unfounded accussation by a spiteful Grandparent.

Families will go the way of the dinosaurs if serious efforts to reform our family courts system is not undertaken. Adults are being outright irresponsible in their procreation practices and committent to the concept of the nuclear family. Children and what they need most is not even a consideration. The desires of the adults are put before the basic and primal needs of our children. There's no incentive for adults to work through conflicts and marital difficulties. The adults win a "fine prize" and that is the absolvement of their marriage... a chance to start over. The children "lose", they lose a unique part of themselves that cannot and will never be recaptured. They miss out on the opportunity to experience and witness what it means to be devoted to ones family for the good of the entire family unit. They do not learn that it is possible for married partners to have conflict and differences amongst themselves but the family unit remain rock solid.
We have solders all around the globe fighting for Democracy, Freedom, and a better way of life for various Nations. It took our Country a mere 230 years to be where we are in regards to our callous disregard for marriage and family. I wonder if this can be expected across the globe as we liberate Countries from their Social order to something more consistent with our Democratic way of life. I am a supporter of Democracy and Freedom but I do believe we fail to recognize some of the Social -ills brought about in our society by our successes. I hope our social leaders will take a critical look at our Society and as Democracy and Freedom is spread throughout the globe we do not fail to share some of the pit falls that has accompanied this luxury so that history does not repeat itself. People that don't have to fight for much, often take much for granted. When these new Democratic Nations are one or two generations removed from the struggles of obtaining Democracy, if they do not make a conscientious effort to maintain family values and unity amongst family members, then they too will be faced with soaring divorce rates and divisions about what constitutes a family. Cooperation amongst relatives will no longer be necessary in order to etch out a sucessful existence. What is the future for families in America. .. from my mind's eye, it does not seem very bright. It is only good Politics to warn these new and upcoming Democratic Nations to guard themselves against these sociall-ills so that they will learn from our mistakes.
This Country was built on the dreams of young men and women commited to their families and their determination to make a better life for their children, grand children and the future generations. So many sacrifices were made by our ancestors. Those people worked hard (in every sense, not just physically), they endured many ups and downs, set backs and triumphs. They saw the "big picture" and never lost sight of it. They never let go of what they knew could happen if they perservered.
I envy the lives of our fore-fathers. I would give up all of our technological advances and modern ways to go back to a time when people mattered. To go back to a time when family mattered and children grew up carefree and secure. To go back to a time when people had consciouses and a moral compass to guide their choices in life. To go back to a time when extended family, the church, and members of the community paid attention to familes that were dysfunctional and as a collective the community supported the troubled family. I feel like I was born in the wrong era. I should not be here at this moment in time; my philosophies and values do not fit the concepts and values of this time. I am not insane, I am different.
God gives us all our unique challenges in life. I would not expect to ever have been involved in this type of family challenge. I know that I have been Blessed all the days of my life; therefore, I know that God intends for me to use this challenge in some way that is Gloryfing to His name and in a way that could be a Blessing to His children.. He said that all things should work out for good for those that love the Lord. I know my children love the Lord and they have been praying before they could speak. I trust that although they are too young to know exactly how to pray and ask God for the desires of their heart, I know that the Holy Spirit intercedes and will speak on their behalf to the Almighty Father in Heaven and ask for the reconcilliation and unification of their family.
I seek adoption for my family. We are willing to become the dependents of any independently wealthy individual or group willing to take up our plight and support our effort for reunification. We need legal representation, housing, and financial support for subsistence (ie, food, clothing, shelter, and transportation)
